By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

  • Business Identity: AOT GK TRADING is a legally registered business in Malaysia (SSM: 202603075024 (AS0512042-H)).

  • Product Nature: We specialize in high-end, limited-edition resin statues. These are handcrafted collectibles; minor variations in paint or assembly are characteristic of the medium and are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • 7-Day Pre-order Grace Period: We offer a 7-day "Cooling Off" period for all pre-orders. You are entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit within 7 days of placement.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits (NRD): After the 7-day period, deposits become strictly non-refundable, as they are committed to the production studio.

  • Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to request identity verification for high-value transactions.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the Laws of Malaysia.
