Pre-order Policy 

1. Collector's Grace Period (7-Day Cooling Off)

You are entitled to a full refund of your deposit within the first 7 days of placing your pre-order. This "cooling-off" period allows you to finalize your decision with zero risk.

2. Finalized Deposits (Non-Refundable)

Once the 7-day grace period has expired, your deposit is immediately committed to the production studio to secure your manufacturing slot. At this stage, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable. By proceeding with the pre-order, you acknowledge that this deposit covers the initial production and commitment costs.

3. Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that a studio officially cancels a project, AOT GK TRADING will issue a 100% refund of all payments made (including the deposit) to your original payment method.

4. Final Balance & Forfeiture When the item is ready for dispatch, you will be notified via email to settle the final balance.

• Payment Window: Balance payments must be completed within 14 days of the notification date.

• Forfeiture: Failure to settle the balance within this 14-day timeframe without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the item will be released for public sale.

5. Transfer of Pre-order

Pre-orders are non-transferable to other items or other customers once the 7-day grace period has expired. This ensures the integrity of our allocation system with the manufacturing studios.
