Shipping Policy 

Shipping Origin & Logistics Hub To ensure the highest quality control and proximity to original manufacturing studios, all orders are dispatched from our specialized logistics and consolidation center in Guangdong, China.

Order Processing & Handling

  • In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.

  • Pre-Order Items: Dispatched as soon as the studio completes production and the final balance is settled. Estimated shipping windows are provided on individual product pages.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard / Air Freight: 7 – 15 business days.

  • Economy / Sea Freight: 15 – 45 business days. (Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary based on local customs clearance and vessel schedules.)

Tracking & Transparency Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For Sea Freight, please note that tracking updates may remain static until the vessel arrives at the destination port and clears customs.

Import Duties & Taxes Buyers are the "Importer of Record" and are responsible for all VAT, import duties, or customs fees levied by local authorities. AOT GK TRADING is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Damages & Claims Due to the fragile nature of resin statues, all items are shipped with reinforced packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory Unboxing Video.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. We cannot redirect or refund packages once they have been dispatched.
