Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Grace Period)

  • In-stock Items: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been dispatched from our logistics center. Once the item is shipped, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

  • Pre-order Items: We offer a 7-day "Cooling Off" period. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a 100% refund of your deposit within 7 days of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits (NRD)

After the 7-day grace period, all pre-order deposits are strictly non-refundable. These funds are immediately committed to the production studio to secure your manufacturing slot. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this term.

3. Final Sale & Return Policy

Due to the fragile nature of high-end resin statues and the high cost of international logistics, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse once an item has been shipped. Please review all product details and photos carefully before purchasing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We use reinforced professional packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, you must contact support@aotgk.com within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, you MUST provide:

  1. Unboxing Video: A continuous video showing the opening of the original shipping box and the inspection of the statue.

  2. Photos: Clear images of the shipping label and the specific damage.

  3. Courier Report: A "Damage Property Report" issued by the local courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

Note: Minor shelf wear or cosmetic damage to the outer brown shipping box is not considered product damage.

5. Refund Processing

Once an official refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the transaction.
